Signed at the escrow company yesterday and the refi will be closing late next week. Once that is all taken care of I'll be able to fund the rest of my house projects and be much happier :) I'll start feeling like I actually want to live here.
On a side note.. I was awarded "rock star" status on my yearly review

Cool...what house projects do you have in mind?
A vast array of them.. from a new roof, new carpeting, new countertops, etc..
